Dinos Kouis (Greek: Ντίνος Κούης) was a Greek footballer who some say, was the best player ever to wear the jersey of Aris Thessaloniki. Kouis was a football midfielder who starred at Harilaou Stadium between 1975 and 1991.

Kouis was born in 1955 and began his career at Agrotikos Asteras in 1970. After five years he joined Aris where, over the next 16 years he would make his mark on Greek football, participating in 473 Alpha Ethniki games and scoring 142 goals. Among his distinctions, Kouis was the top league scorer in 1981 with 21 goals.

During his football career Kouis was capped 33 times scoring 7 goals. The high point of his international career came on 15 October 1980 when his goal helped Greece defeat Denmark 1–0 in Copenhagen.

After his playing days were over Kouis stayed on in football in various coaching roles with clubs such as Anagennisi Giannitsa, Olympiakos Volou, Kerkyra FC, Karditsa FC, Agrotikos Asteras.

He is the living history of Aris Thessaloniki F.C., because he is the most capped and top goalscorer in the team's whole history.
